🏐 Summer Workout Schedule 🏐
Summer Workouts are optional for all LHS girls (next year's upcoming freshman through seniors) to get into the gym and start preparing for the 2026 volleyball season.

Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Important Notes:
Join us for a Parent Booster Meeting on June 3 from 6:30 - 7:30. All are welcome! We will meet in the LHS east atrium (outside the main gym).
June 10 practice is from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
NO practice June 4 , the week of June 15 - 19, or June 29.
